Otherwise, very nice stateful application, and being an app developer, I would like to see more usage of the app such as WAMCO, refunds from the app to bank accounts, more user information such as age to ensure the person is eligible to use the app or even their id card number to ensure they are Maldivian.

Before it was fast but nowadays its unresponsive and slow.Loyal ,Excellent..I had an issue of same amount transfer twice a day ,and I thought I'd never receive the second transfer.There was an error processing..As soon as I contacted Fahipay via Facebook ,They solved the issue..Thank you😊3 stars for the services.

3. Fahipay's bank accounts should show sufficient information regarding the sender of payment and they should be able to refund to same person without further hassles.

4. Its sensible to ask for verification for providing some services, but its not sensible to require verification for refund requests.

5. In all matters, the application is great, would love to join beta stages.When I wanted to buy a gift card, their service was down.

6. 2 star because, refund request was processed faster.The app seems to be lagging a lot these days.

7. Totally would 5 star then.Im trying to access the app.. but when i draw the security pattern to unlock the app, it freezes and doesnt work.

1. Fix FahiPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FahiPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FahiPay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FahiPay" » Open FahiPay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FahiPay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FahiPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FahiPay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FahiPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FahiPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FahiPay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FahiPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FahiPay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FahiPay not working

2. Fix FahiPay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FahiPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FahiPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FahiPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
