I had many issues with app hopefully update fix and if you changed added looked out colors that's better than how it's looking nowBad app, it doesn't work most of the time, and it is not clear about the digital goods, for example I bought card (xbox subscriptions), it should be (xbox game pass), because there are another cards (xbox live) but it give me xbox gold live.I have tried to enter the one time pin code, but the app tells me to wait one more minute, and after 5 minutes I have tried again but the app doesn't accept it!! 2. unbelievably bad choices with the signup interface, while I'm trying to fill the required info to register, the UI crash back to first sqreen, and I have to request otp code again, developers whyyyyy!!! you chose to consume the network resources like this; separate the first signup stage ( phone number verification) from ID verification like many other apps do ( NEO app for example).

3. and the whole submitting form needs rework or some tweaks at least.I tried to activation a WalletCad For almost 12 days and switching 3 cellphones as well as contacting the technical support but they are useless as hell.

1. Fix ZainCash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ZainCash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ZainCash App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZainCash" » Open ZainCash - زين كاش » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZainCash » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ZainCash - زين كاش app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZainCash servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZainCash - زين كاش" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ZainCash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZainCash might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ZainCash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZainCash then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZainCash not working

2. Fix ZainCash Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZainCash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZainCash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZainCash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
