About BenefitPay

1. BenefitPay is an app that allows users to pay and transfer funds only by using their smart devices in Bahrain in a fast, secure, and convenient manner. 

· Enrolling your payment instruments (Cards & Accounts). 
· Paying using your mobile in Bahrain through scanning QR code generated by merchants within the app’s merchant network. 
· Transfer funds instantly from one bank account to another using Fawri+ service by either entering IBAN, or a registered mobile number, as well as by scanning QR Code. · Bill Payment through Fawateer service to hundreds of biller. · Split Payment and request payment options that allows you to request payment from multiple payer, so it shall allow to split the dinner bill among friends and family. 

To register, download the application and enter a valid mobile number.

BenefitPay Customer Insights

1. Extremely unreliable service.This app has become so bad that after new update it wont even open.....for finger print biometric login i think you should buy a new phone to get logged in benefit pay, way too bad ... .

2. For example, We used to have spelling checks when writing the payment description, but now it is not available! It looks like you defined it as a password field as the browser always suggests saving it as a password!!! Some of the functions are confusing, and you need to guess what to do.

3. Keep up the good work 😊The new update was really unnecessary because the application was working perfectly fine before.

4. Please bring back favourite contacts again because it used to make life much easier.After the new update the app is unbelievably slow, logging in and moving from one page to another takes more than a minute.

5. what is the point of using this app if it cant help you in emergency situation.. or the maker of this app dont bother to repair it at all!!Unreliable no prior comms from the proprietors, the app crashed almost the whole day today.

6. Tried to reinstall app, but still very slow.Since I did latest update, the app is not working on my phone.

7. In general, I prefer the previous UI, but I believe you can fix the current one to be best of both.The app look beautiful easier to use but i wish that we can edit the quick access menu to our needs.

8. Anyway i love the new update and I hope that you let us edit the menu.

9. Please use the old UI, if something works, there's no need to fix it.The new UI is good but still needs more work and enhancement.

10. Too much information all over the place and navigating it makes it unnecessarily time consuming and complicated.

11. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall several time but it's installed but not running.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BenefitPay Issues

1. Fix BenefitPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BenefitPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BenefitPay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BenefitPay" » Open BenefitPay » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BenefitPay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BenefitPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BenefitPay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BenefitPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BenefitPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BenefitPay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BenefitPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BenefitPay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BenefitPay not working


2. Fix BenefitPay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BenefitPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BenefitPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BenefitPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
