I have an issue with my iPhone APP. The APP was saying that my Premium Plan had expired, which is not correct as I have a subscription that does not expire for many months. So, I deleted the APP and reloaded the APP on my iPhone keying in my account number 7096677 and password. On launching the APP it is asking for me to “Accept” the Privacy Policy, showing two keys, “Accept” and “Leave”. The problem is that on my Phone it is not letting me press Accept, I can only press the Leave button. As a result, I cannot accept the privacy policy and now cannot use the APP at all on my iPhone. Can you advise what should I do?
