1. Just tested it again; not working.Downloaded this for my trip to Florence next week, but doesn't look like I'll be able to use it: Every time I try to download the map, it gives me "Error while obtaining this city's bounds." Hoping it somehow works when I get there; if it does I'll revise this review.Unfortunately I live in an area where you can hear banjo music on a quiet night .
2. wish that it could gi Into more detail of the operation so when you don't get the Xfinity wifi you just dont have any wifi .cause sometime it says your connected but have no internet. It does exactly what it said it does, however I had the presumption that it came with the knowledge of whether these wifi spots were good spots (no password), or were not good (password protected).
3. You can turn it off of course, so meh.Bad 4.0 Release - cannot add a Wi-Fi simply because their Places integration can't find any usable location nearby (doesn't allow one to be added later, like previous version -- it seems always mandatory in this version).
4. The app claims to do things that it cannot do without the WiFi passwords for all of the connections and doesn't work wo internet. It DID show me a list of locations near me how ever incomplete that list is.
5. This app DOES NOT provide any free WiFi or give you access to any networks.
6. The app has limited uses of course and the literature some of misleading by using that word passwords, if you think this app helps you piggyback someone else's Wi-Fi you're mistaken.
7. Months of work and contributions lost... This new version seems like a regression, even though it has eye-candy.This app is completely useless.
8. It does the same thing your mobile devices' WiFi settings do anyway.
9. I decided to cut the cord and go all data, but in doing so lost the free public Wi-Fi from my former ISP.
10. It seems as if, they wanted us to go on a quest to find out each and every wifi spot and share it with the app.
11. I've also lost all my Wi-Fi passwords and collections from before.
