1. I work on the ramp, so knowing when planes will arrive and depart our station, as well as knowing flights numbers and aircraft type, is imperative for my job; not having to change the filters every time would speed things up and make things much easier, and would definitely convince me to get a subscription, but at the moment, just ad removal isn't enough of an incentive.I used to love this app, I've used it for years.. However, the developer recently changed the app so that the pop-up ads are incredibly intrusive.
2. Usually I can handle a bit of annoyance for a free app but it became full screen ads with sound, then countdowns before close, and eventually countdowns with sound that make you confirm again to close after clicking the close and the exit out buttons were not responsive so I'm frantically clicking exit a lot because it doesn't read and it opens the adI agree with others.
3. Easy to use and can put together trip information from various airlines! Unlike the Star Alliance or One World apps, including Air NZ and Qantas, I can put them together and even add Scoot and Alaska! Hope they don't change the useful free app.
4. Instead of ads on the bottom of the page, now pop-up ads interrupt what you're doing at the worst possible time, making the free version borderline unusable.
5. $18 a year for what every airline app provides free? Hmmm... I will look for another app before deciding to pay a subscription. This used to be the best flight tracker but unfortunately it's not usable on my android.
6. There are other flight tracking apps out there though, that aren't subscription based.
7. This was my go-to app for air travel, always accurate, great resource, but the ads are unbearable and often have been loud and disruptive with no option to turn off the sound.
8. (embarrassing when traveling) I get creators need to get paid to keep it going, and I wouldn't mind the ads if I could turn off the sound AND they weren't so frequent.
9. Looking for an alternative.Considering that Air NZ has let me down so many times when it comes to flight information I've turned to this free app.
10. It's obvious that they are trying to push you to purchase the add free version which I see now isn't even a flat fee anymore.
11. Wont be me! I will be using a different app.Been using this app at work for two years it was great for a while.
