1. they charge an exorbitant amount for subscription on a six month basis and I have been waiting for a smart watch I paid for which still has not arrived after six weeks!I ordered 3 items and none of them ever showed up and when i showed the post office my tracking service from my phone they said it was fake and that it was a scam and that there was no proof that my packages ever even arrived to this country all the post offices by phone have told me none of these packages arrived and that i must be dealing with china! Wow thanks china, Well i finally got my packages 📦 2 months late.

2. You can get 2 "FREE"items a day, however the shipping costs $10-$15 for an item that could be purchased from AliExpress for approximately $10, which you add the cost of shipping and then you can plainly see the price of the product you are ACTUALLY really paying.

3. Usually is $10 to $60 cheaper to buy elsewhere than on hereHas a button at the beginning of set up that states "2000 coins for telling friends!" as soon as you push it, your entire friends list gets spammed.

4. The current list of items... The "usual" cost is made up.

5. Likewise, after giving it fake card data, the app locked up and wouldnt allow me to access it again.Last item I got was broken.

6. Misleading and just a quick way for them to advertise.I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription for this app (that I never signed up for), and it continues to charge me monthly.

7. A scam app wouldn't restart the timer for new items based on when the app was installed.

8. I see the responses here, and you state "sorry if it was unclear, but the only option to connect your Facebook account is the one that sends the requests.

9. A terrible invasion of privacy and a quick delete from me.I've been trying to reach someone for days about canceling my order.

10. When you click "Sign up with Facebook" it automatically sends a request to your entire friend's list.

11. No one has emailed back! All I get is an error message! Worst customer service ever!! If I get any charges from this app, I will be calling my bank to stop payment.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Monster Deals" » Open Monster Deals » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Monster Deals » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Monster Deals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Monster Deals servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Monster Deals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Monster Deals app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Monster Deals might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Monster Deals. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Monster Deals then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Monster Deals not working


2. Fix Monster Deals Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Monster Deals be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Monster Deals not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Monster Deals may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I was charged $29.99 on July 24th. I don't know what the charge was for but I am no longer using the app or any services from SwiftGift. Please cancel any orders or services and refund my $29.99. I'm not interested anymore. I don't believe I am enrolled in any membership or anything that would cause this charge. I checked my subscriptions on my Google Play app and there is no subscription of any kind from SwiftGift. Please refund the charge and cancel any future charges.

This it's not a complaint, I believe it's a misunderstanding, You see, I ordered about 14 items from Daily Drop, in the beginning (previous orders), before November last year, it was great!!! But then a mistake was made when the labels were created, instead of my apartment number the informarmation changed to #lp instead. I did not do this, so all the items started to be returned to sender (YOU) I been trying to get help from at least three of your assistants, but they were not able to help me, the last one accused me of providing incorrect/incomplete information, wich I did not do, I would still like to get the merchandise. So for you to see that I'm acting in good faith, I'll be willing to pay for the shipping AGAIN, but please those items were Daily Drop, hopefully you won't charge me full price.
    Would really appreciate your help.

  • I have no clue how I keep getting billed for a subscription when I cannot find the subscription anywhere and the app keeps telling me that my email is not found. I considered it at first but swear I didn't subscribe because I could not afford an extra $30/month and now 2 months and a row I have gotten billed and cannot figure out even how to log in let alone cancel it!! I NEED HELP! It has overdraft my account the last 2 months in a row and I am UPSET!!!

  • I have it on my samsung phone. I ordered earbuds then later it says refunded there is not transaction at all not a purchase or refund on my bank statement for it. I really wanted those earbuds. Not sure why it did this the money was in my account. I don't want to purchase anything else until I can better understand this situation. Thank you for your time and help.
