1. Its an amazing app to use, and I love all the amazing deals you are able to find on this app!!! Thank you for fixing my last issue, but their's one final problem that I've been having recently.

2. When I click on the "Get It Now" button the app doesn't open a browser of my choosing to show the deal, but instead the app becomes slower and just doesn't work anymore after clicking that button, until I close the app and reopen it.

3. It defeats the purpose of finding a great deal, as I usually learn deals on the things I need have already ended or sold out.

1. Fix Brad's Deals Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Brad's Deals: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Brad's Deals App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Brad's Deals" » Open Brad's Deals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Brad's Deals » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Brad's Deals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Brad's Deals servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Brad's Deals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Brad's Deals app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Brad's Deals might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Brad's Deals. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Brad's Deals then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Brad's Deals not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Brad's Deals be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Brad's Deals not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Brad's Deals may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
