Why should I report an Issue with Nextplus: Phone # Text + Call?

1. And yes, I do double check the notification settings! Customer service has improved - I actually get a response to emails! Plus, you can't beat the price! Improve call quality and include more short code messaging and I'll be a lifetime customer!It's been about a week that outbound messages aren't working with Verizon service.

2. If I didn't need the phone number at the moment, I'd delete this and try another app.Annoying ads that suddenly run a loud video! Not using it for a week, removes your number! On the support page, I read that call/text are free only when both sides have the application (at least unlimited calls/texts).

3. Do NOT bother with Next Plus! Update, replying to their response- not sure if English language is their issue? I never mentioned credits! I'm talking about this app that is crashing 10 x a day plus crazy loud ads, unavoidable!Horrible!! I've been earning credits for some time by watching ads.

4. You need to text a number to see the option of "get a phone number"! Before that, it won't give you a number!have been paying for ad-free for years how and just got a reminder that I will De charged again for another year in a couple of days.

5. Each time you manage to send one measly text, you pay the price by being ambushed by loud music.

6. Has Customization options too For a free app, it's not terrible, but don't expect it to be as seamless as your regular phone number.Could be the worst text app.

7. I also pay to keep my number; get this fixUsed this app for years, even used TextPlus for the longest time before the name changed.

8. Deleting & reinstalling is useless! So DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I wish I can put a negative star rating!!!Call quality is extremely unreliable.

9. If you're lucky to open it and send a text, it will be followed by ridiculously loud and obnoxious ad music, impossible to avoid.

10. Messages and contacts won't load, and half the time messages don't send at all.

11. July 18th Update: they've now placed pop up ad boxes that can show up at any time, anywhere while on the app.....just...why?Google needs remove this from the play store.

1. Fix Nextplus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nextplus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nextplus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nextplus" » Open Nextplus: Phone # Text + Call » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nextplus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nextplus: Phone # Text + Call app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nextplus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nextplus: Phone # Text + Call" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nextplus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nextplus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nextplus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nextplus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nextplus not working

2. Fix Nextplus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nextplus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nextplus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nextplus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
