2. My biggest issue is the glitch that happens on incoming calls, where the phone rings out but there is no way to answer the call, even opening the app will show you no option to answer the call.

3. Honestly, I am pleasantly surprised! Outgoing calls to cellphones appear to be cheaper than to landlines, incoming calls are free, missed calls are shown in notifications.

4. If it does it comes up minutes later and says "not sent" so you get to sit there and fight with it.To be fair, the phone calls are clear and go through just fine.

5. I realize they are necessary in order for free features to remain free however, the app often does that page shift as it's loading more content that's conveniently timed for & located right where you need to tap to carry out the function you're trying to do.

6. Not all site's verification codes work when sent.I use this app because my parents don't want to have to pay for another phone line (our carrier is Verizon so it's really expensive).

1. Fix textPlus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart textPlus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the textPlus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "textPlus" » Open textPlus: Text Message + Call » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for textPlus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear textPlus: Text Message + Call app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from textPlus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "textPlus: Text Message + Call" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check textPlus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, textPlus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall textPlus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall textPlus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing textPlus not working

2. Fix textPlus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make textPlus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to textPlus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, textPlus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
