1. Guess what happens when you cant do banking the way you want? You look for alternatives.Application requires from you access to contacts and access to media library - photos, videos! Be careful with this app, cause it's steals your personal data! Keep away from it, better use web bank version of you want privacyNet enough functionality compared to other banks.

Their apps are easier to use and more reliable.You will lose a lot of clients if you won't changeAfter first time cannot login with Smart ID anymore - the app for some reason (without any explanation) asks me to create another "quick activation" and enter another pin code, if I don't do that, I just cannot login.
3. This has been going on for months, I need to transfer money to another bank account to be able to pay.
4. It's been over 6 months and this issue still hasn't been fixed.This app is super confusing, I don't know why a bank like luminor cannot afford to make their app UI and UX similar to SwedBanks.
5. I wish I could change the bank to not be dependent on their internet banking 🤦🏼 ♀️This app is only useful for checking balance.
6. What the point of having it, if you need to enter credentials on every step? If you switch apps to copy and paste something, it will reset and you will need to do it again.

11. The menu has no option to pay for services ( e.g. to mobile provider), cannot find any help on how to use the app.
