1. You can look at there frame thats about it worthless otherwise wy have it if nothing works on it uninstalled it.Awful! The app or website neither ever work properly! Ive been trying to order multiple pairs of glasses for weeks but cant! I cant access my saved favorites even though ive addressed it with customer service multiple times! As a former employee im highly disgusted with the professionalism ive experienced w\ the site, app, and reps!Its slow and even if you log in to website same problem super slow and you should be able to link the app to your acct at lenscrafters.

I was hoping the app would have additional features from the mobile site or at the very least that they improved the glasses search/filter, but there are neither more features in the app nor is the search better (I should be able to select multiple options and not have the result return zero matches).

3. There's no reason I can see to download the app, it's a waste of storage space -- it would be nice too if you could add the ability to try the glasses on online via submission of a user photoSame as other app.

4. Completely irritating and useless.Terrible app slow loading wont save your favorites which is there option to compare glasses.

5. I will settle for going to my local location in person.I went through this site for hours saving what I liked to my favorites, and I can't even pull it up.

6. Both have been a little off of late; instead of text there is odd characters and coding, as if the website and app are being worked on, etc.

1. Fix Glasses Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Glasses: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Glasses App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glasses" » Open Glasses for LensCrafters » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glasses » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Glasses for LensCrafters app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glasses servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glasses for LensCrafters" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Glasses app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glasses might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Glasses. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glasses then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glasses not working

2. Fix Glasses Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glasses be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glasses not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glasses may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
