1. IT'S ALWAYS SAFE TO BUY IN SHOPActually if u want specs at cheaper rate then one can choose to go with coolwinks but note that the quality of the frames are not that good in fact it is of cheap quality frame but ya for sure you are getting good featured glasses at lower cost.

2. Coolwinks need to improve the buying experience and promote home eyesight checkup (I know the feature exists but still they need to make it easier)The products were decent but the customer support and processes are annoying.

3. I may not order any more from coolwinks as you are least bothered about quality.I have purchased 3 pairs of spects here and one of them is eyeglasses where I used it for 2 years almost.

9. Even a small local store makes better glasses than them! Would never buy again from them! Lesson learnt in hard way!! Lenskart is way better!!Probably the worst! I ordered 2 glasses, one for self and one for kid.

1. Fix Coolwinks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Coolwinks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Coolwinks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coolwinks" » Open Coolwinks: Eyeglasses & Sunglasses » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coolwinks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Coolwinks: Eyeglasses & Sunglasses app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coolwinks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coolwinks: Eyeglasses & Sunglasses" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Coolwinks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coolwinks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Coolwinks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coolwinks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coolwinks not working

2. Fix Coolwinks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coolwinks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coolwinks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coolwinks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
