1. and I can't figure out how to use backdrop.😭😭😭REMOVE BACKGROUND• APP CRASHES SAYING "INTERNET CONNECTION LOST" AI, is leaving areas, not precise background removal is prime need my sales items, the last update stopped this from working, Close & reopen does nothing!( If you get to work: the cursor to remove or restore on both remove background process & Erase/ Restore is very delayed, if you change size delay freezes for a even longer long time.

2. I gave it 5 stars because I haven't came across such an amazing app.The reason I downloaded the app was to use the partial brightness feature to lighten the background of my photos.

3. You could adjust brightness before even snapping the pic & my pictures were perfection! The update has ruined it, photos can't be taken in 1:1, only edited to 1:1 but parts gets cropped out, the brightness doesn't adjust like it used to, just adds the flashlight.

4. This app not only fixed the dull color I couldn't get rid of but fixed other issues!!! Okay, hope you fix the partial calibration part of the app but still not worth taking a star away.

5. Thank you to whomever developed this app!!! Its so appreciated!!It used to work wonderfully, but the last two updates have introduced a problem when I try to remove the background.

1. Restart STORE Camera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the STORE Camera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "STORE Camera" » Open STORE Camera - Product Photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for STORE Camera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear STORE Camera - Product Photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from STORE Camera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "STORE Camera - Product Photos " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check STORE Camera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, STORE Camera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall STORE Camera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall STORE Camera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing STORE Camera not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make STORE Camera be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
