Why should I report an Issue with Photic Toon - Cartoon Yourself?

The 3dtoon effect is really cool:)We were testing it with my bestie yesterday, we couldn't stop turning our selfies to 3toons.👩🏼 🦰🧝🏼 ♀️I installed it a few days ago, and it converts photos to cartoons just flawlessIts only Paid!.....not that great results at all..nothing like the shown vids.It has different and very nice features compared to other apps✌🏻Four stars because it's a toon face app instead of complete image.

I would NOT recommend, find another app instead.I suggest you remove the app from Google play, from Google search, from your hard drives, from your records, from all existence, you should learn how to put a pay wall the correct way, this is my second review because the developer responded to the first one asking for improvement ideas.Bad aap not able to convert full pictures and convert face to some vulgar drawing.

3. After using 3 trials you would me like me who want to get rid of this app.Horrible. I had one photo tooned and it was horrible quality and literally looked nothing like the photo.

4. I recommend not to use this .Try some other app.My friend sent me his 3dtoon image and I decided to try the app with my photo.

5. "If you want to see the results then check my Instagram."This is the sentence you would probably be expecting by yourself while installing it but believe me this would never happen.

6. I tried again but you need to pay money to upgrade and have another photo tooned.

7. Photos after an online processing would come as horrible as a nightmare.

8. I don't know why there are so many fake reviews being posted.

1. Fix Photic Toon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photic Toon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photic Toon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photic Toon" » Open Photic Toon - Cartoon Yourself » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photic Toon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photic Toon - Cartoon Yourself app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photic Toon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photic Toon - Cartoon Yourself" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photic Toon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photic Toon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photic Toon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photic Toon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photic Toon not working

2. Fix Photic Toon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photic Toon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photic Toon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photic Toon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
