1. What a terrible app!Very like it, this app is like personal diary, nice graphic, friendly user and can share photos with others or just keep it for ourselves with story.. But this app can be better if we can sort the picture by ourselves and add story for each picture..I paid for no ads yet I am still bothered with ads.

2. Its annoying.Ugh I already purcase the adds so no more annoying adds but its still not working what a useless and annoying app this is ughh!Wanted to make diaporama with selected pics but couldn't find the way to do so.I don't like it.

3. I can get the pics to open, but only in chronological order, none of the options (that have no name or explanation) work.

1. Fix Photo Story Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Story: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Story App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Story" » Open Photo Story » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Story » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Story app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Story servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Story" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Story app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Story might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Story. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Story then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Story not working

2. Fix Photo Story Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Story be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Story not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Story may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
