Why should I report an Issue with Negative Image - Invert Image,?

1. App photo effects are good, I just wish the file manager was less primitive.this app has far too many adds and while I get that adds are used to make money having one the moment you open the app or is not a good first impression, there could be some level of quality to this if this was reduced and while it is good for photo negative pictures I did not have the patience to sit an add every 20 seconds.

2. Turned phone connection off to stop the ads!!!!Would be good if the Album names for the photos was in alphabetical order and arrayed vertically.Folder sorting is not by name or date, which is frustrating.

3. It does however have good photo editing potentials which earns it two stars.Ads ads and more ads.

4. I opened up the app, got bombarded with like 4 or 5 ads, thought, "its fine i just need it for this one thing then i can delete it." Got to the first screen, had trouble figuring out whether or not it was an ad, turns out it wasnt.

5. It has ads but is free and the developers should get paid for their job so is fair.The amount of ads is unbelievable! Sometimes it gets stuck in an ad and you can't do anything with the app, and you have to close the app and open it again to hopefully be able to do something.Probably the worst app I've ever downloaded.

6. Used tablet as light box, picture frame on boxes for glass to sit negative 5cm above the tablet.

7. Then I closed the app to use other software and my phone is alerting me that I disconnected from a billing service.

8. Waste of time I was trying to see a line on my faint pregnancy test and you guys failed us.

9. Not sure what that means, but it sounds to me like they are trying to access my payment system without my permission.

10. Easy transfer from phone to computer for editing.

11. Once I finally get to the desired folder, not all photos are listed, which added to frustration.

1. Fix Negative Image Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Negative Image: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Negative Image App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Negative Image" » Open Negative Image - Invert Image, » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Negative Image » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Negative Image - Invert Image, app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Negative Image servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Negative Image - Invert Image," » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Negative Image app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Negative Image might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Negative Image. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Negative Image then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Negative Image not working

2. Fix Negative Image Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Negative Image be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Negative Image not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Negative Image may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
