Why should I report an Issue with Point Blur : blur photo editor?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. 2) The final edited image should be saved in original file format ( i.e. A png image should be saved as png file and it should not be converted to jpg format as it is happening now).Me and my friend like to send gifts to each other, so sometimes I'll send her a picture of her gift.

2. My humble request and suggestion to you is to improvise on two most important essential aspects which will make it the ultimate App is: 1) The final edited image should be saved in original quality (resolution).

3. I had a pretty cool license plate frame I wanted to show my Discord community, this is the first time I had to blur something outI use this app with a Moko active stylus pen, which is an electric stylus with a fine tip like a ballpoint pen.

4. When the photos are open they randomly flicker in and out of the original version and a super high contrast version, so it's impossible to see where you're adding blur.

5. It makes the image way larger, and I need to keep the original size.

6. (1) Give the user the option of working with and saving the photo in its original resolution (even if that adds blurring lag).

7. Never once asked me for money or a subscription or payment info.Would give 5 stars, when it works it's a great little app for making photo edits on the go, but recently the app has become virtually unusable due to a weird glitch.

10. It's not very user-friendly, all I can tell you is that if you want to blur something out, use the triangle shape.

1. Fix Point Blur Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Point Blur: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Point Blur App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Point Blur" » Open Point Blur : blur photo editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Point Blur » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Point Blur : blur photo editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Point Blur servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Point Blur : blur photo editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Point Blur app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Point Blur might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Point Blur. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Point Blur then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Point Blur not working

2. Fix Point Blur Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Point Blur be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Point Blur not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Point Blur may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
