Why should I report an Issue with NOMO CAM - Point and Shoot?

1. Really love these camera options and the way the photos turn out, but I think it's messed up that you charge for film after a certain amount of photos... I paid for all the cameras, only to find out I'll be charged AGAIN for film?? No.

Is there any way where we could have options of removing the logos or mark of it?hi! i like this app, and i normally use the free camera choices which is fine cause it work so good and i love how the pictures i take and add looks! but the only problem i'm facing on the app is that i couldn't sign in, so please please fix it if it's possible cause i do want to get the opportunity to try other camera styles/filters.I'm giving five star because I want you guys to see my comment.

3. This is fake when I click photo with my phone after downloading this app my photos became white I can't see anything and even if you guys buys the camera nothing happens.

4. Starting off with the simulated analog photo look and feel, it's so close to perfection to the point where if you get the condition right, you can't even tell the difference with scanned film or instant camera result.

5. my only gripe is that the Android version for the pixel 3 doesn't seem to be taking advantage of the camera's hdr modes, which means the end results are usually much too contrasty, with crushed shadows and blown out highlights.

6. However, i wish they offer the option to purchase single camera film filter styles instead of a procey subscription.As an analog camera user, this app is refreshing.

7. The cameras are wonderful though and the results are truly my aesthetic however, the bugs keep me from developing photos using the cameras and I have to install and uninstall again.

1. Fix NOMO CAM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NOMO CAM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NOMO CAM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NOMO CAM" » Open NOMO CAM - Point and Shoot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NOMO CAM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NOMO CAM - Point and Shoot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NOMO CAM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NOMO CAM - Point and Shoot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NOMO CAM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NOMO CAM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NOMO CAM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NOMO CAM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NOMO CAM not working

2. Fix NOMO CAM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NOMO CAM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NOMO CAM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NOMO CAM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
