1. After trying other notes apps, I have reevaluated my 3 star rating, and gave it 4 stars.I try a lot outliner on playstore, but when i try Halna Outliner, i fall in love with it simplicity, easy and the workflow.

2. Please work on that.This is an excellent app, but it would be nice if it supported formatting and had a PC version.Takes only a little to get used to the interface; from there, it's a darn good outlining app.In android 12 there seems to be a problem with accessing the SD card.

1. Fix Halna Outliner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Halna Outliner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Halna Outliner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Halna Outliner" » Open Halna Outliner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Halna Outliner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Halna Outliner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Halna Outliner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Halna Outliner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Halna Outliner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Halna Outliner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Halna Outliner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Halna Outliner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Halna Outliner not working

2. Fix Halna Outliner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Halna Outliner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Halna Outliner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Halna Outliner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
