Voi Customer Insights

1. There are far too many barriers to using the service: no-go zones everywhere, constant nudges to take surveys, requirement to take a photo of your scooter, complaints that perfectly fine photos don't meet requirements (with the thrat of a fine!), and the craziest part... they expect you do to a field sobriety test in the freezing cold just to use a scooter.Totally unable to create an account and no explanation except pop up error message.

2. My friend contacted Voi support about this issue, but they responded that they couldn't award the 15€ due to suspicions of fraudulent activity: "Upon investigation, we've noticed that the referral credits were not applied to your account due to suspected fraudulent activity"Choose another scooter company.

3. Even though you have the Inconvenience of pedaling & bike stations, it is terrible value compared to the city bike rental service, for instance.I shared the referral code with a friend, i suggested this app to him also for the welcome discount.

4. The navigation aid was very small had a lot of other things attached to it making it very hard and it didnt work for half the first trip.

5. Especially if you're going to walk out of your way to get a scooter, only to find out it doesn't work.I've used similar services in the US very successfully so I was excited to try this.

6. I do not care about the credits but it is unbelievable that (for the first time in my life) I am suspected to be a fraud.

7. On the physical voi scooter it said day pass 29 SEK, pricelist says day pass 69 SEK, and I got charged 83 SEK for 26 minutes.

8. I've tried to take maybe 10 rides and only three times was I able to get the scooter to successfully work.

9. I never leave reviews so I must be VERY frustrated...This is literally a scam!!! My friend sent me an invite link for new users, promising that I would receive 5€ and they would get 15€.

10. I always submit photos but If the photo upload fails due to a weak 4G signal, you are accused of failing to upload and if that occurs a few times they charge you 5 euros.

11. Other than that I guess the app seems fine, but the scooters frequently don't work.
