1. On the good side it did understand me and translated my speech correctly, but sometimes repeated me in Malay, and sometimes.. didn't? The English voice was OK but a woman's voice when i'm talking to a man? Uninstalled and unsubscribed.Thanks to the dev for reaching out and asking me to submit a report regarding the terrible Italian pronunciation, but I'm just not interested in helping you figure out the basics of a translator app.

I never trust apps that use these type of tactics.Thanks to the developers of this program and honestly say that it's really good translator program.with the best regards to those people who complaining of Some problems about this App I can say that may be it depends on some reasons such as internet speed,,installed apps in their cell phone and etc, also remember that this is a free useful app that shows the kindness and love of the manufacturer and its developer.

3. Bummer because they charge the whole year upfront.Requires subscription for "free trial" and I never trust apps that rely on people forgetting to cancel "trial" subscriptions to make money.

4. I downloaded the trial to find out they don't have kurdish sorani so tryed to cancel and now been charged for a whole year when I don't want it.

5. Good luck.Well I'm glad I didn't pay for this app since I discovered that it doesn't support an "audio" format for English to Hmong.

6. I really need audio/voice in Hmong and it's such a bummer that I didn't t get to take advantage of my 3 day free trial.

7. I love this app and highly recommended it.Slow to open, the computer voice is hideous, cannot download Malay for offline, tried the photo recognition and just a spinning red circle forever.

8. In the meantime I must cancel my trial subscription so I don't get charged.Great for a month.

9. It defaults to an annual subscription and requires you to cancel at least 24 hours before the "trial" period.

10. Tried using it to read a Malay SMS from the government about the lockdown, using the translate from clipboard feature.

1. Fix Lingvanex. Language Translator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lingvanex. Language Translator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lingvanex. Language Translator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lingvanex. Language Translator" » Open Lingvanex. Language Translator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lingvanex. Language Translator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lingvanex. Language Translator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lingvanex. Language Translator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lingvanex. Language Translator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lingvanex. Language Translator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lingvanex. Language Translator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lingvanex. Language Translator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lingvanex. Language Translator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lingvanex. Language Translator not working

2. Fix Lingvanex. Language Translator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lingvanex. Language Translator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lingvanex. Language Translator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lingvanex. Language Translator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
