1. I have 3 visitors and 2 of them just get a fault message saying to try again in 48 hours and they don't send you a text message anymore.There is no button for update incase test message result does not appear on phone,I think all hospitals should av a link to pure health daily for update results to avoid inconveniences like this,now have been fined due to late presentation of pcr test for my finger print which was not my fault but test result which never received on my phoneThis application doesn't show any options.

2. My colleagues two times they took test till now results is not showing in this app.first time they did the test waiting for result for 5 days no results come.

3. I had to remove them both!!!!!Horrible!!! I was refused on the flight because they didn't update the results on the app and therefore I was not accepted to fly!!! Now going back same issue,they didn't even bother to send the results.. wouldn't recommend it at all!Ok, I got the results in 36h on November 22th.

4. And nothing is showing on the application after we enter the DOB and passport number! Is this a dead application??Worst in update in results.

After you click the Search button there is no indication of anything happening, the app just sits there for a long time until it receives data from server.This app as well as Al Hosn are the worst ever as they have to be redesigned, both apps: 1- Block the google play store from updating any other app or even install a new one.

7. You are expected to wait indefinitely for days or weeks in a hotel room or housing and it appears many people never did get the results.

8. While the employees themselves are so efficient and do great work, the results are ENTIRELY inaccessible and arbitrarily released (if at all).

9. It's been more than a week since I was tested on arrival and the app still doesn't have my results.

10. Then they did second time till now they didn't got results.

1. Fix PH Screening Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PH Screening: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PH Screening App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PH Screening" » Open PH Screening » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PH Screening » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PH Screening app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PH Screening servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PH Screening" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PH Screening app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PH Screening might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PH Screening. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PH Screening then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PH Screening not working

2. Fix PH Screening Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PH Screening be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PH Screening not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PH Screening may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
