Timetable (Widget) Customer Insights

1. I added them in using regular session slots but then discovered the timetable does not adjust the size of the slots depending on how long they take, so a 15-minute break looks the same length as both a 35 minute lesson and an hour-long lunch break.

2. Please fix this issue for meThis app works brilliantly (even the free version), but the recent update has made it unusable due to a bug which makes every cell go white (i.e. no colour coding, plus most of my text is set to display in lighter colours which are now unreadable).

3. one thing I want to mention is when in timetable layout and I am choosing the column, it would've been great to add a feature where I can make one just for the weekend or specific days of the week.

4. I'm a very visual person, so a good and clear, easy to use timetable app like this is great.Initially looked great, easy to use and set up BUT there is no separate setting for including breaks in the timetable.

5. Enough colours even without premium.From all the other timetable apps I've seen this one has by far the best and most user friendly interface as well as having an overall awesome display if you know what I mean.

6. Although, if I could please ask, it would be wonderful if an alarm/ notification could be added or something just to notify one of when the next thing on the timetable is starting or ending , which would optional.

7. I realized it very late.This app has really helped me to manage my time and get a clearer idea of my schedule looks like each week.

8. Other than this, I absolutely love this app! I love the colour options that are available because I can immediately see exactly what my schedule looks like for each day.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Timetable (Widget) Issues

1. Fix Timetable (Widget) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Timetable (Widget): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Timetable (Widget) App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Timetable (Widget)" » Open Timetable (Widget) » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Timetable (Widget) » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Timetable (Widget) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Timetable (Widget) servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Timetable (Widget)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Timetable (Widget) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Timetable (Widget) might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Timetable (Widget). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Timetable (Widget) then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Timetable (Widget) not working


2. Fix Timetable (Widget) Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Timetable (Widget) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Timetable (Widget) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Timetable (Widget) may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
