1. After doing doing the verification and completing my info i get a message that I've successfully verified and that i can already enjoy all features but after a few seconds, the screen goes back to the page where i need to enter all my info again, it just won't go away, i did it over and over.

2. I can't wait for the remittance function to be enabled so I can send money cheaply to my loved ones across the globe, 24/7, in a blink of an eye.I did verified my identity.

3. I can't get an SMS code sent to my phone to setup the app! I've put in help requests for MONTHS and no luck getting help.

4. After adding my identity to be verified, the app crashed and cannot open it after closing background app and restarting.

5. And it says it's verified, now you're able to access telcoin features.

6. I'm trying to connect my US phone number and set up my wallet and I keep getting an error.

7. Thank you TelcoinEdit: The Devs had this fixed within 24hours! When the app crashed, I sent the report as well, so not sure if this or that was effective.

8. But after each attempt an error message popped up and no other options were given except to click submit and try again.

9. Telcoin support were extremely helpful and professional in resolving this issue .

10. Hope this signing key issue is resolved by mid year(Samsung Galaxy Note 10).

11. Staff start emails with me then no follow up (three different help requests so far).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Telcoin Issues

1. Fix Telcoin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Telcoin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Telcoin App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Telcoin" » Open Telcoin » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Telcoin » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Telcoin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Telcoin servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Telcoin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Telcoin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Telcoin might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Telcoin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Telcoin then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Telcoin not working


2. Fix Telcoin Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Telcoin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Telcoin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Telcoin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have been trying to verify my account I got to the selfie and was waiting for confirmation and got a message with air on it so I tried over again and it just seems to go down the line now I get to my phone number and automatically pulls up air try again I can't get past my phone number anymore I would like to get verified so I can use the service you have

  • I downloaded the TELCOIN App this morning. Now I cannot login because the App doesn't recognize the 6-digit Texted code. I didn't create a Password; until now, at this service chat portal.
