Why should I report an Issue with OneCeph?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

1. ii) Is there anyway to just draw lines (no specific analyses) and the measurement comes out?Very helpful, in Eastman analysis I prefer to add lower anterior facial height measurement and maxillo mandibular plane angle is that between upper and lower jaws but there are two different measurements are done by the app... Thank youOut of the few apps available for ceph analysis, I found this the most convenient and relatable.

2. For example, The dental measurement in macnamara analysis for upper incisor proclination should be from the facial surface of the central incisor to A point, NOT from the incisor tip.It is a very simple app to make different analysis for cephalometryVery useful application.

5. Even without orthodontics knowledge, it's easy to find online the position of the markings by name and get a comprehensive results sheet.

6. i) Is there any way to 'disable' unwanted landmarks and lines? Sometimes I just want a few landmarks with certain lines, but I can't skip or 'remove' them before exporting them with the lateral ceph image.

7. There is difference between the actual results and those of the app (they are smaller then the actual)Not intuitive, but easy enough to do once we follow the instructions.

1. Fix OneCeph Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OneCeph: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OneCeph App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OneCeph" » Open OneCeph » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OneCeph » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OneCeph app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OneCeph servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OneCeph" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OneCeph app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OneCeph might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OneCeph. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OneCeph then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OneCeph not working

2. Fix OneCeph Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OneCeph be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OneCeph not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OneCeph may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
