That always requires calling this constant overly busy place.Once I finally figured out everything either it was me or maybe the app still getting all the little flaws worked out or maybe a bit of both but my point is,I absolutely love having this instead of having to always call & you already know your getting voice mail & prob not getting a call back for at least 24-48hrs if your lucky & if your even luckier then that you won't somehow miss the call or something you need to have & have 2 do it all again lol not w this, it's GREAT!!! 😃👍🏼💗Keeps locking me out.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it is still not workingHad a couple of messages that I was sending that I typed probably two or three paragraphs and then the app would just absolutely disappear and then all my messaging was lost and I had to start over other than that it's a decent app to find information but it seems like it's just probably pretty you basic not really something that we would see you know for to be you know keep in track of payments fees administration fees late fees.

3. And I've submitted requested information multiple times and I keep getting the same message to enter information.

4. Says "invalid username or password" Well, seems to work just fine on the websiteHasn't worked all week.

5. Your system is slow at processing payments and should process them before the weekend if the due date is on a weekend.The app rarely works.

6. Dropped rating to one star because app is useless.Horrible! The app NEVER works the way it's supposed to.

7. Emails don't tell me what my user name is when I press forgot username.

8. Says sending email with directions to unlock and never does.

9. I may not of always agreed with this place but I can certainly see it's overwhelming need & certain just how bad it could be without it.

10. Lastly it would be better if it wasn't so easy to lock one's self out .

1. Fix Ohio Child Support Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ohio Child Support: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
