MD Unemployment Customer Insights

1. Shows you if your application is active but doesn't help you fix any problems you can only fix a problem by speaking with someone and there's no way to speak with anyone ever even during operational times no one EVER answers the phone to helpGenerally a good app n for the most part Maryland has been trying to allow the unemployed to have many options for accessing unemployment.

2. Shows the process of filed, pending and processed! Highly recommend you to download and use. While the new app is more aestetically pleasing and easier to locate info, my access to recertification weekly and messages are not operational at ALL.

3. Unemployment is 100% unreachable, this app is broken, and Maryland is doing nothing to fix it.Keeps saying install the latest update everytime I try to access the account.

4. This did work great 😞Was denied twice because I did not realize the app or even the mobile browser website does NOT give you full access to all the information you need.

5. More features and quick and easy to file weekly certs! Awesome how it shows your balance, weekly pay amount, date benefits end etc, also shows a log if payments on each date paid and the amount.

6. When I try to login on my phone using the app, it almost always shows the inactive claim and eventually by clicking around, some magic occurs that gets me to the second claim.

7. I filed on 2/5/21 and have yet to see a penny even though I have been assured by multiple peopleI had to uninstall and reinstall the app because of update.

8. Very frustrating! While the info does appear to be correct and the information is updated accurately, there is nothing that simplifies the weekly tasks or notifications in the app.

9. That is not the only reason I am one starring this though, every contact on that app that gives me a number to reach unemployment agents, the numbers do not work.

10. They don't work at all, some even recommend the other numbers in the phone call, and then promptly hangs up.

11. I have two claims from 2021 (had to open a second because of an issue that hasn't been resolved after multiple conversations with representatives).
