I don't block the number to not miss smth important, but they send many trivial messages every day eith no way to turn them off in the app Btw, what happened to Beeline?I like this app.and I think that is more helpful and useful than mybeeline application.thanks Cellfie❤️❤️❤️😄😊😊You should better work on improving the service rather than sucking up to the agenda.

2. My phone number got deactivated, but there is no info in the app about this and I still can access the app using the phone number that dont belong to me.Turn off tariff.

3. I want to live in Georgia, and currently I change operator to Magti for my phone (they have VoLTE) and for GPON I setup Silknet.

4. The coverage area is worse than all other operators in Georgia.Absolutely useless app, it doesn't even update whenever i sign it even tho i have the latest version... No room to ask for help, noone to assist you.

5. I know English, but the operator send all of messges, include their spam on Georgian (Hopefully I don't understand anything).

6. Upd: topped up for finally dropping the agenda!I like the app and i like they kept a lot from the beeline app but why did u have to remove widgets please add them backAn unusable app and many spams from a operator.

7. I can't view any offers, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the application but nothing works.

8. Another issue I am facing is that Im not able to top up using my card.Terrible app.

9. I moved the slider to the left to turn them off, but they charged me anyway.

10. All communication is in Georgian, although I am using English in the app.

11. At the moment I can only view my top up balance and how much data I have left.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyCellfie Issues

1. Fix MyCellfie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyCellfie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyCellfie App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyCellfie" » Open MyCellfie » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyCellfie » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyCellfie app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyCellfie servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyCellfie" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyCellfie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyCellfie might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyCellfie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyCellfie then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyCellfie not working


2. Fix MyCellfie Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyCellfie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyCellfie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyCellfie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
