Music Cloud Customer Insights

1. The app appears at the top of my phone to pause, play next or previous song, but sometimes I tap it and it doesn't do anything so I have to completely open the app, and when I start playing a game the music pauses and I can't put play because it does,'t work, and now the app doesn't appear anymore on top of my phone, please fix it.Terrible! Every time I download a sing and add it to my videos that I develope for editing it ALWAYS says "File Not Found" Which is more than annoying and I Just can't take it! Even when I just try to playa song it says "Sorry this music whatever doesn't work playing next song" And then the next song doesn't work and then the next! It's a endless cycle of bullThis is the best music I have found, I can always find the songs I want.

2. Other wise its a great app, I can even download songs.Honestly it has good music selection.

3. I was able to download music and find all my favorite songs and put them into a playlist.

4. I can listen to music online and if i don't have internet access i can download the songs and listen offline.

5. It has a good variety of music and you can search songs you like.

6. Even with permissions turned off it randomly pops up asking I want to play music.

7. There is a little problem when I import my music playlists from yt: It not imports the playlist information about what music is there and then creates a playlist with that music, but just the audio of the videos.

8. About a month ago it stopped playing my music and now I cant even download the music.

9. It just needs to be fixed. It worked perfectly, but then I had a song called "Shout At The Devil" and it doesn't work anymore.

10. However, it really sucks that you can't organize any of the songs that you download into playlists (at least not without wasting hours doing it by hand).

11. It's a pretty good app for those who really can't afford to download a lot of songs.
