1. Other than that issue, i think it's a great service and provides an easy user interface.Great service, love the content and the app is... Decent.

2. Yes, they now have a freemium feature to help support artists, but basic functionality isn't hamstrung if you don't sign up.The service is good, but it's crippled by the app.

3. I wanted to listen to a mix I recently uploaded and it would play for about 30 seconds to minute then stop and a message saying "an expected error occurred" would pop up.

5. It only allows something like 5-10 seconds of buffering, so if you are a subway commuter like me who looses service every 2 minutes it makes the app worthless.

9. To add insult to injury, if it loses connection it not only stops playing the music, but loses your place in the song as well.

10. But I dont like how it costs 8 dollars a month to be able to just go back on a track.. there is no reverse and a lot of the "premium" features you would expect to be free are not.

1. Fix Mixcloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mixcloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mixcloud App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mixcloud" » Open Mixcloud - Music, Mixes & Live » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mixcloud » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mixcloud - Music, Mixes & Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mixcloud servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mixcloud - Music, Mixes & Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mixcloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mixcloud might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mixcloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mixcloud then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mixcloud not working

2. Fix Mixcloud Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mixcloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mixcloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mixcloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
