CloudPlayer Customer Insights

1. One side note is I am meticulous about my album art and song labels, so I do not use the premium version or rely on Cloud Player to correctly populate that info.Overall, it was a great app, however its recently started taking an extremely long time to upload music once on the phone.

2. There's no way to hide anything -- removing something from the app deletes it from the cloud; it doesn't combine differences in punctuation (R & B and R&B are separate genres); and I can't add other cloud accounts.Overall the best music player for personal music I have found.

3. All in all, it's a good app but could be great with a few enhancements like syncing devices w/platinumI love this app but UI/UX! I have about 600 Artists in my OneDrive music collection, would be nice to get to an artist in a few clicks or search.

4. There a few roughnesses, e.g. you can't choose subfolder(s) to import, duplicates tracks are presented once (issue about that with multiple users complaining exists for several years, I want very much it to be fixed), navigation could be better... but there aren't many alternatives. It was good on the first run, then tracks from folders started disappearing and could not be reloaded.

5. Second, I really really like how each album title gets accented with an appropriate color based off the album but I think it would be a great feature to be able to change the theme of the album based off of what song is playing with that same color, just a thought.

6. Bad for meditation. At long last, I found my almost perfect music player (more about the *almost later).

7. It also has a huge selection of talk, music, and sports radio stations in hundreds of genres and locations and dozens of languages.

8. First, give the option to select specific folders in the respective connected cloud services.

9. A VERY minor complaint, as Bluetooth solves all these issues, but sometimes its nice to see album art as its playing from Sonos.

10. Not great for discovering music you haven't listened to in a while.

11. This would only make sense also for people who have audio files other then their music.
