Why should I report an Issue with park4night - Motorhome camper?

1. It used to be good ...Well the month before was fantastic and could see everyone's comments and now it just doesn't work there's nothing but a plain basic map to look at... Google maps can do that..... Nothing on my end has changed... Same phone, same number, same network ect..., I've even tried reinstalling the app Pixel 6 proI use it a lot and I've found all of my stop's on the 500 using it.

2. However I had purchased the off line version and it is not downloading; initially I had thought it was the WiFi (several sources) however I attempted to download the applicable maps using the very limited available Roaming data and it still didn't download.

3. 2 stars because (a) no glaring ads everywhere, thank you; and (b) found a potential place to check out for an upcoming trip (not spend the night).Very useful app for our vanlife trip, but you can't trust the services listed for a site.

4. Sorry to say but this is making us consider no longer using this app despite the great potential.Already wrote this but seems to have disappeared..very strange... The last versions , since the options to use subfolders , became unstable .

5. The team doesn't work weekends which, of course, is when we use the app so by the time they fix the issue we no longer need the app.

6. Only found one place with some pictures but they won't load and the lost doesn't scroll even though it appears more than one image was there.

7. I know you can down load maps when online with the paid version.

9. Can anyone help?Worked great for about a year but now every month the app goes back to the unpaid version even though we're charged automatically each month for it.

10. So many places are listed as having public toilets and/or drinking water when they do not.I don't know what's happened... It used to be great but it's become unusable.

1. Fix park4night Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart park4night: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the park4night App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "park4night" » Open park4night - Motorhome camper » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for park4night » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear park4night - Motorhome camper app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from park4night servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "park4night - Motorhome camper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check park4night app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, park4night might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall park4night. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall park4night then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing park4night not working

2. Fix park4night Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make park4night be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to park4night not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, park4night may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
