Why should I report an Issue with NinjaCam: Camera in Background?

Will request a refund if there's no fix.My OS doesn't allow for a secret or hidden album, that's ok however, it would be nice to be able to choose the album that the pictures and videos go to other than the main photo album.... and after purchasing the VIP package I was still getting pop up ad's .. the"REMOVE AD'S"setting is turned on now but I was extremely irritated that they were not automatically disabled at the same time as the banner ad's.

2. Very annoying.Does exactly what I want... to be able to start a video recording immediately by pressing the phone's Side Button (Samsung).

3. Now working ok after reinstal.]The app is good but whenever I start to move my phone the recording just freezes for the entire remainder of the recording.

5. Seems like a desperate move for a few more views after charging $19.95 already DISGRACE !The only drawback is that the timestamp doesn't show the time.

6. Use is for recording any emergency situation and at least be able to speak a car's rego number into it.

7. I'm not sure if this is a permissions issue or because I'm using another app that has to take pictures and scan barcodes but if the developer can give me a tip to fix this I'd rate 5 stars.

8. Actual recording of videos is hit or miss, and they are put into the secret vault automatically.

9. I use the app to record customer interactions and proof of delivery so it's unusable for me when this happens.I've went through so much trash apps!!! Finding this was amazing.

1. Fix NinjaCam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NinjaCam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NinjaCam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NinjaCam" » Open NinjaCam: Camera in Background » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NinjaCam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NinjaCam: Camera in Background app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NinjaCam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NinjaCam: Camera in Background" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NinjaCam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NinjaCam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NinjaCam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NinjaCam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NinjaCam not working

2. Fix NinjaCam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NinjaCam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NinjaCam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NinjaCam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
