Why should I report an Issue with Contacts Import?

1. Also, kindly allow the app to redirect the import into an email account, because I have to import the conga ts to my phone, then move them to my email, then again, delete the initial batch of contacts I had imported to my phone, so that I can finnaly have another copy of contacts imported.

2. Could also support excel formatAll the contacts goes in my contacts lable created with this app.. Doesnt go under phone contact or gmail account.. So if you delete the app.. All your contacts alao gone..It helps me for importing data.

3. Kindly allow rhw app to import contacts directly to the email account.I was able to transfer my contacts made in MS Office Outlook to my Android contacts.

11. THE way to import CSV data.

1. Fix Contacts Import Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Contacts Import: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Contacts Import App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Contacts Import" » Open Contacts Import » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Contacts Import » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Contacts Import app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Contacts Import servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Contacts Import" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Contacts Import app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Contacts Import might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Contacts Import. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Contacts Import then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Contacts Import not working

2. Fix Contacts Import Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Contacts Import be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Contacts Import not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Contacts Import may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
