Impulse E-Bike Navigation Customer Insights

1. When paired with the bike and running a route, it sends beeps to the screen with no direction arrow, it tells you to turn now when you're next to a wall, then doesn't tell you to turn at all when you're at the intersection.

2. When route planning, sometimes won't let you use certain junctions/roads and insists on routing around them.Takes a bit if getting used to but once on board with it, becomes a very useful tool.

3. Also some suggested roads when route planning are unsuitable for anything other than an MTB.

4. I was thinking of buying seperate cycle computer, but this fulfills all my needs.Doesn't work.

5. The app keep crashing, I can't even "plan a route"… which I think was it's first purpose.

  1. Restart Impulse E-Bike Navigation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Impulse E-Bike Navigation App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Impulse E-Bike Navigation" » Open Impulse E-Bike Navigation » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Impulse E-Bike Navigation » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Impulse E-Bike Navigation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Impulse E-Bike Navigation servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Impulse E-Bike Navigation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Impulse E-Bike Navigation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Impulse E-Bike Navigation might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Impulse E-Bike Navigation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Impulse E-Bike Navigation then reinstall.
