This app is helpful and important and protect our eyes.But tha main problem is More time press to start..theay are automatically off some time..Most Android users face this problems..So please update the..setting your Night mode screen Dimmer App...*-*Why are there two persistent notifications when this is active?very good ,but wish when i turn down the volume it will also be darkWhy is there a need for two persistent notifications? One is to stop it another to control it and also stop it.

Very easy to use.The only problem is that it shows two notifications which take a lot of screen space.The controls are pretty easy & after granting permissions on my marshmallow 6.0.1 device , it worked great but the notification can be improved with a redesign to make it look premium & not just white with +- signs.I was using another app by the same name for a couple of years.

3. When refreshing my phone, I decided to see what my alternatives were... Why didn't I check sooner? -dead simple to use -easy to config -automatic scheduling -temperature/hue/brightness control YES!Although having a bit of an issue regarding the automatic start... Could it be a rom issue? The automatic stop works perfectly.

1. Fix Night Mode Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Night Mode: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Night Mode App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Night Mode" » Open Night Mode - Screen Dimmer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Night Mode » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Night Mode - Screen Dimmer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Night Mode servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Night Mode - Screen Dimmer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Night Mode app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Night Mode might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Night Mode. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Night Mode then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Night Mode not working

2. Fix Night Mode Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Night Mode be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Night Mode not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Night Mode may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
