1. I Changethe clock size.. I would like to change app drawer to large grid view.I'll give it 5stars cause this is the best one i found after simple launcher, however I'd like to give some suggestions so that you add this small useful feature.

2. We kept finding the apps /interface(the entire point of the app) had been swapped around..Every single time!!!!... Having it installed, my grandmother never had a moment where she wasnt royally confused and unable to contact us on the phone.

1. Fix Simple Mode Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Simple Mode: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simple Mode App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simple Mode" » Open Simple Mode » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simple Mode » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simple Mode app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simple Mode servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simple Mode" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simple Mode app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simple Mode might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simple Mode. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simple Mode then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simple Mode not working

2. Fix Simple Mode Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simple Mode be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simple Mode not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simple Mode may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
