1. I re-logged in and it worked fine.After supplying info for 10 min THREE times, the app "stopped working" "jeffconnect closed" couldn't communicate with my PCP!! Aggravating! FIX IT!!!!!! Follow up: just tried to see Summary review..prompted to "log in" that took me to a screen with NOTHING TO DO WITH my visit summary And no log- in link! INCREDIBLE!!!!Never remembers username.
2. They make it almost impossible to speak with your doctor.There are too many questions to set up tje app that are not necessary for teleconfrencing, also the permissions required are in violation of my privacy and not needed for teleconfrencing.
3. I have an Android phone...UPDATE: I received a notification right after I posted this re iew that the doctor was online and ready to talk to me.
4. I believe this is the future for certain practices of medicine, ESPECIALLY your PCP, who should know all (or most) of your health issues since most people need referrals for everything these days.Provides ease and comfort when you need it most.
5. That way when you need it, you'll be able to connect to a doctor instantly.Just set it up.
6. Have to add all meds in manually even though my Dr is a Jefferson owned practice , we'll see how the "visit" goes in the next 2 days.This was the BIGGEST waste of my time and energy.
7. Nothing worked, I was late for the appointment, then when we finally connected, the doctor couldn't hear me.
8. The whole experienced raised my blood pressure and I didn't get any help from the doctor.
9. I had to speak with the doctor on the phone because this app sucks.It's not letting me log in.
10. Developer should do a better job for my security!As a phone app during this #scamdemic it's relatively easy & I was able to connect to my Dr fairly quickly.
11. Unfortunately every time I tried to connect to the visit, the app would stop and force me to close and start over.
