5. Crashes EVERY time I go to maps, text, use the phone, incoming and outgoing calls.

6. It would be alot better if the drivers could change the color of the job in the main menu between like 12 different colors, just to help us organize which jobs are on which runs.The new update is terrible.

7. The app takes over control of your phone, no matter what you do, WITHOUT PERMISSION! And forget about Technical Support: you will go into V/M and NEVER get a return call.

8. No matter what you do, you cannot control Notifications, which sound every 30 seconds until you physically go into the app to silence it .. a HUGE problem & Dangerous while driving.

9. Also, even though the app has been closed it still runs in the background and I have to reboot the phone to turn it off correctly.

10. Please go back to older version or fix this one.Running this app on a Galaxy J3 it regularly gives notifications for pickups which have already been confirmed.

11. Should be able to interface with Google voice to confirm orders while driving.Absolutely horrible.
