1. Quick stats and features like reboot, windows updates and chat to help the I.T. dept.Great platform to manage and monitor all your PCs, servers, MACs, Linux and other systems, neat notifications, it has build in remote control that let you save on TeamViewer or Anydesk licenses and getbthe job done in the go without using laptop (in most cases).
2. If you have a home server, you will not regret installing this app.Great piece of software, makes it very easy to manage endpoints and servers as well as keep updates for Windows and third party apps on a scheduled update cycle.
3. The lack in features such as multi-screen, constant boot-outs, error messages and lengthy wait times to establish remote sessions make this great tool loose a lot of points.
4. Highly recommended, check it on trial, you will love it!Tbh, I find it unbelievable that this many system administrators find that logging into a third-party server to log and manage their own systems is somehow a viable and secure solution.
5. Also, it is slower to find the function of interest. The absolute easiest remote software to use AND the easiest way to execute automatic scripts with a few button pressing.
6. Will be much better when the library of third party apps expands or it is easier to add software not currently supported to the schedule. These are great people with a stellar product.
7. I am using it as a solo technician but they are PUSHING for teams of 5-10 minCons - Remote Control features are a huge disappointment.
8. My team is able to provide remote support from their phones and tablets - running scripts or controlling screens as needed.
9. Now, you also have to spend the extra second or two to make sure you're selecting the _correct_ blue shape.Excellent Server Montior App! This app is everything I needed, lots of customizable alerts available to the user.
10. They allow you to monitor 2 servers for free which is also great for personal users like myself.
11. Where do you think the product is? It's you.I now get timely notifications when network and server events occur.
