1. it couldn't be more off if it were making it all up, which maybe it isCrashes constantly Everything i click map the app crashes, paid for the pro but still after all this time (several years) the app still isn't worth the money I paid for the pro version...shame.Hmm. I haven't had this installed for a long time, and never on this phone... It crashes whenever I try to enable location access - and if I try to email support, I get a bounceback telling me my mail has been blocked?The app doesn't count correctly the time of phone usage.

2. It's great for tracking activities such as sleeping and walking, however the location data isn't very accurate.

3. i have the paid version.I have a pixel 3 and every time I hit the location section of the app, it crashes.

4. Also I'd love to see a pie chart of the total amount of time spent on different activities (sleep,places etc) today, this week, month, year or all time.

5. Judging by the way some of the other ratings I breifly read through...other phones seem to be having specific data related discrepancies as well.

6. Perhaps a way to manually to manually enter data ourselves and a breakdown of how it's recording or measuring its data so we could manually edit its data would be a way to mitigate the common issues...problems since Android update.

7. Sleep data hasn't been accurate on my phone.

8. If you move a couple of meters from a location it will mark it as a new location, so you should be able to merge different locations that are only some meters apart.

9. i was loving this app but recently the app usage tracking and location tracking are grossly incorrect.

11. If this can be implented i think this app deserves a 5 star rating!really wish a beta group was available to join to be able to make suggestions on how to improve the app.

1. Fix Instant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Instant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Instant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Instant" » Open Instant - Quantified Self, Track Digital Wellbeing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Instant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Instant - Quantified Self, Track Digital Wellbeing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Instant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Instant - Quantified Self, Track Digital Wellbeing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Instant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Instant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Instant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Instant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Instant not working

2. Fix Instant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Instant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Instant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Instant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
