RegardsPoor performance against my complain , they closed the case with out clear reason, just been told that no suffecient evidence , i uploaded the online purchasing confirmation with order number and the recieving slip in addition to all supportive pictures and details , their presentative asked me to bring an invoice or a prove of the promo/offer at the time i made that order while all details are mentioned on the uploaded documents , seem like she didnt do online purchasing b4 , wasnt my first cascan't use the app.

2. Got a reference number kept waiting for 11 days, 12th day someone calls and updated that this request is not under our jurisdiction and thus they are closing this complaint.

3. it says it must contain one capital letter and one special character and I am including both but it still won't accept it.Can't log in after creating account.

4. When i asked a friend to call as i moved from Dubai they told him that the company i had complained for was closed and left the country.

5. And created enquiry about something immediately got case ID number by message, after one day i received message that my case closed successfully.

6. please note: after creating an account you will be provided with the activation link by SMS, once the linked webpage opened the confirmation SMS will be given.

7. Uninstalled after 10 mins.The app says that it solve the issue in 5 minutes but 3 days before I register a complaint and till now no agent is assigned.

8. Please update and fix the app! 20-FEB-2023:Just a quick update on the app, you have to be in the UAE for the app to work! I have tested using a VPN and and I can confirm that all the features worked! The developer should fix this to allow it to work outside the UAE as well.Awful service.

1. Restart Dubai Consumer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dubai Consumer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dubai Consumer" » Open Dubai Consumer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dubai Consumer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dubai Consumer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dubai Consumer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dubai Consumer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dubai Consumer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dubai Consumer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dubai Consumer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dubai Consumer then reinstall.
