About VR ONE AR

1. The app is programmed to detect which background image is in front of the camera at any given time, and to project the corresponding 3D model onto it.

2. This fun app is intended for use with the ZEISS VR ONE headset and the paper cube which is part of the ZEISS VR ONE retail package.

I had to give on my own when i noticed the screen was black.It works on any phone just enabled camera for this app manually then print the qube colored or black and weight no matter and fold it then put the cube with the vr one sign front cam and it worksOnly compatible with limited number of devices.after clicking 'start vr experience', screen goes black and nothing happens.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VR ONE AR Issues

1. Fix VR ONE AR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VR ONE AR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VR ONE AR App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VR ONE AR" » Open VR ONE AR » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VR ONE AR » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VR ONE AR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VR ONE AR servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VR ONE AR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VR ONE AR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VR ONE AR might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VR ONE AR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VR ONE AR then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VR ONE AR not working
