1. I think it is cool that you can send a postcard to multiple recipients and you can also combine multiple postcards in one order (:No free-form address and there are very little field for addresses which does not fit longer addresses and so it ends up with "..." and incomplete address while leaving a half of the space for the address empty.
2. You can't back out of your current postcard design to check your cart, adding/cropping/rotating images takes three times as long, order history is gone and it now wants my phone number to use the account I've already signed up with.
3. Oh and a character countdown when you're writing your missive.The Apps usage is intuitive, the money transfer works well and the postcards I've sent so far seem to arrive within a few days, so I kept on using it.
4. The only criticism I would give is it would be good to be able to go back and tweak or rearrange your photos after selecting them as far as I can tell if you want to modify all ready selected images you have to go through the whole process again.
5. Postcards are so important for photographers and families & they have added video to keep it modern and add a personal touch that you just can't get from a classical postcard.
6. Cherry on top: The app told me my payment had failed, but then my email got the confirmation that it had been processed? Great app, frustrating updateGreat app to help people that cannot write.

8. Very bad experience and I will not recommend it whatsoeverBasic functionality broken! Forces you to accept just a fraction of the desired image rather than simply portrait or landscape.
9. My card got delivered within 2 weeks to US (thousands of miles away from my place).However, app could be improved in certain aspects.
10. However, it sometimes forgets the photos or text you've just entered or the photo selection process ends before it is finished.
11. After 2 weeks I am still waiting for their support team to answer all my emails and fb messages and get my money back.
