1. Looking at other reviews I can confirm a basic queue counter (just approximate numbers, no ETA needed) would be nice in case it's busier and takes a longer time to get connected.
2. The identification process is OK, the guy was nice and polite and everything went smoothly...It took multiple tries over many days to use this app.
3. I know that's a rather weird edge case but to do so I had to switch my OS language and reboot, there's no option to select a language within the app.It took a whole day and a half to finally get identified.
4. Verification process was complete within 5 minutes with a friendly employee on the other end.
5. I got connected instantly (late afternoon) and was treated very friendly.I had to connect several times before it worked.
6. I went through the whole process 3 times after 20 attempts to finally get approved.I had a very smooth experience with this app.
7. And to think they sell their services to banks, and those banks pay money for it :((Wasn't able to deliver SMS to my mobile number in Cyprus.
8. For me it took less than one minute to get connected on a Saturday noon.
9. You wait and wait with no counter, no clue if the app actually works or not... It just says wait for connection.
10. To avoid any confusion I wanted to run the process in German.
11. I usually have my phone set to English despite being a German native speaker.
