DaysyView Customer Insights

1. Will likely be buying a different device and discontinuing Daysy because of these sync issues.I have the newer 2.0 version.

2. Then when I edit the calendar I can't select my period days and it will not save even after syncing with the device again.I dont know what is wrong with this app.

3. It's much less colorful and unresponsive in terms of moving between different days and months to check on notes etc., and it takes longer to sync.

4. I have since removed this app and installed the older version and turned off auto update until the issues are fixed with the new one.I loved the previous version of the app.

5. I have been using daysy since May 2018 and recommend it highly but this app update was much anticipated by many and I find it harder to read.

6. I work nights, and I was always having to go in and retro date when my period started in the old app because I'm not around my daysy 24/7.

8. I expect the app to work as I paid for this device only to go back to a different one.

10. I'm sure I will adjust to it eventually but it is entirely different from the previous version.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DaysyView Issues

1. Fix DaysyView Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DaysyView: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DaysyView App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DaysyView" » Open DaysyView » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DaysyView » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DaysyView app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DaysyView servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DaysyView" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DaysyView app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DaysyView might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DaysyView. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DaysyView then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DaysyView not working


2. Fix DaysyView Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DaysyView be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DaysyView not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DaysyView may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
