Why should I report an Issue with CTT?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Starting to think it's not accidental.Add a button to clear all delivered items and change the loading progress bar to actually show the loading progress, currently it's just an animation that always take the same time to fill the bar.I downloaded the app to pay a motorway toll and it all worked fine until it asks for a mobile number to send you a code so you can then pay at a cash machine.

2. Please correct it and you will have 5 starts from me!The App has basically 3 features: - to track deliveries which works fine - to check your motorway toll which didn't work for me or better was completely out of sync( the app shows debts that had already been paid or doesn't show existing debts) - a "store" to purchase individualised stamps and postcards.

3. Therefore it is useless for international use.The app not keeping tracking numbers saved for future access (and tracking) or saved but not visible for the user, obliterate its primary function.

4. Previously I was able to have a list of incoming shipments (even if tracking information wasn't in the Portuguese system yet and items were showing as 'not found'), and check them once a day to see if something is about to be delivered.

5. Don't understand the reason why it takes an enormous amount of time to make a simple refresh on tracking items.

6. In the 21st century that's very lame.Ok. But with the international changes it would be good to be able to fill out an international shipping form on the app rather than online (which is a nightmare to do online)Sends email notifications to pay road tolls but in the app there is no amount to pay, so impossible to pay what is owed.

7. EDIT: I switched to 17TRACK.The app is so slow in pulling the items that are under tracking, regardless of the type of access the device is connected to, i.e. wifi or LTE.

8. Much room for improvementsThe app is a lot better than the previous one, but lost one key feature that is add Tracking Codes that are not available (but will be).

9. New version is useless to me, because it doesn't allow to save tracking numbers.

10. And you cannot assign a name to the tracking item, you can only do it after being inserted (manually or via code reading), which is pointless.

11. Curiously at the same time I received a notification for due payment and fine for something ALREADY paid over 3 months ago... convenient, charging twice for a scut trip.

1. Fix CTT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CTT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CTT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CTT" » Open CTT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CTT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CTT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CTT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CTT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CTT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CTT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CTT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CTT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CTT not working

2. Fix CTT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CTT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CTT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CTT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
