MY BPU Customer Insights

1. Might take me awhile.has a major problem that needs fixing! it will not log me into my account and everything is correct but it keeps saying that the app is stopping! FIX IT NOW!Installed it on my phone.. tried twice to log in.. FAILED.

2. At times payment is made using a card and bank I've not used in a year but I've yet to figure out how to remove old info.

3. Doesn't happen very often but when it does, I'll get a notice (thankfully) that says I've not paid.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MY BPU Issues

1. Fix MY BPU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MY BPU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MY BPU App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MY BPU" » Open MY BPU » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MY BPU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MY BPU app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MY BPU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MY BPU" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MY BPU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MY BPU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MY BPU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MY BPU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MY BPU not working


2. Fix MY BPU Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MY BPU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MY BPU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MY BPU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
