adidas Headphones Customer Insights

1. As i write these words, the app is continuing to search for the earphones, which are in my ears, blasting flat sound from Amazon Music.A simple UI design, the app let's you link your adidas headphones with Spotify and your chosen Spotify playlists.

2. I'll end up not using the buttons like this. The headphones are 10/10 amazing (long lasting battery, great sound, comfortable) but the actual app is absolute garbage that often won't even open, just goes into trying to set up the headphone that have already been set up multiple times.

3. Nothing works even after resetting the earbuds, restarting the phone, reinstalling the app, deleting data and cache! Very disappointed. On Samsung galaxy J7 and older, the app keeps searching for headphones, while I'm connected already with bluetooth or not connected at all.

4. 3 stars because it doesn't allow you to connect the headphones to any other music service, which would be an obvious update.

5. Could you guys please include that in the next firmware if technically possible? The headphones are great and I want to keep them but these sounds are way too loud.

6. It asks me to go to Bluetooth settings and select the headphones, but they are already connected to the phone.

7. Doesn't impact the headphone experience too much because you don't necessarily need to use the hardware but it makes it difficult to check battery life and it's an annoying thing to struggle with. The app is pretty good.

8. The headphones are in pairing mode during this process. The earphones are so good, but the app is flimsy.

9. 9/10 times the app reports the headphones are out of range while I am listening to music in them.

10. It would be great to see an upgrade for connections to other music services.I can't update the firmware for my Rpt-02 sol.

11. Really frustrating! After successfully connecting and pairing the earbuds, the app is stuck at 'searching for headphones' forever.
